82120 LAC Edwin Bertram DILLON RAAF.

82120 LAC (Clerk) Edwin Bertram DILLON RAAF (ex-62 Works Wing, Nadzab, PNG), was formally discharged (on medical grounds), from the RAAF on 23 October, 1944. He collapsed and died in Murray Street, Perth, Western Australia, on 13 August, 1946. His death was deemed attributable to war service.

AUSTRALIA.

167595 AC1 George Gordon PERRY RAAF.

AC1 George Gordon PERRY RAAF, was accidentally killed at Glenbrook, New South Wales, on 13 April, 1946, when the jeep tractor he was driving crashed over a 30' embankment, pinning Perry beneath the vehicle. Death was instantaneous.

MEYER, Guenther - GAF - Derby - the Derby Daily Telegraph of April 16th 1946 reported the following:

DEATH FOLLOWS BOXING MATCH
P.o.W. fell on concrete floor
The death of a German prisoner-of-war in Derby City Hospital following a boxing match at Stamford prisnoer-of-war camp was investigated by the Borough Coroner (Mr. T. H. Bishop) at a Derby inquest yesterday.
He recorded a verdict of 'Death by Misadventure' on Gunther Meyer (21), who was operated on in the City Hospital after being admitted from Stamford Infirmary.
A German naval rating, Hans Rohroer, told the Coroner through an interpreter how he and Meyer, wearing gloves, had a boxing match in the course of which Meyer fell on the concrete floor, striking his head.

Arthur George Frederick Wilson 1430176 , attached to 306 MU, was admitted dangerously ill to the British military hospital at Lahore on 12 April, where he died of anterior poliomyelitis

Edward Geoffrey Penney 1809196 | was injured in a motorcycle accident on 13 April, and was admitted to RAF hospital Wroughton, where he died at 01:30 Hours of head injuries including a fractured skull
