The Chichester Observer of April 20th 1946 reported the following:

FATAL PLANE CRASH
TWO R.A.F. CREW KILLED
Two R.A.F. men were killed in a Mosquito crash at Oving on Tuesday.
Deceased were F/Lt. Walter John Baker, of Weybridge, aged 23, and F/Sgt. Cecil Charles Brown [sic], of Newark, Notts, aged 22. The inquest was held at Chichester on Thursday.

DUCKWORTH, Jack - LAC - 1475700 - registered Haverdfordwest

PARKER, Reginald Edward - LAC - 1313629 - the Western Daily Press of April 27th 1946 reported the following:

MOTOR-CYCLIST'S DEATH
A verdict of "accidental death" was returned at the inquest at Bath yesterday on L.A.C. Reginald Edward Parker (24), R.A.F., of 8, Spring Roda, Frome, who died at St. Martin's Hospital, Bath, after a motor-cycle accident on the main bath road near Bradford-on-Avon, about midnight on April 16.

SMOWTON, Henry Charles - W/O - 356007 - the National Probate Calendar records that he died at the R.A.F. Depot, Bentley Priory.

The Mosquito in which BAKER, Walter John - F/Lt(Pilot) - 171384 and BRYAN, Cecil Charles - F/Sgt(Nav) - 1584148 were killed was RL232.
