Hi all,

ETCHELLS, John - W/O - 10094A - RCAF - Hamilton ( White Chapel ) Memorial Gardens, Ontario, Canada.

Post-discharge death. Discharged on 17.3.43 as medically unfit, he suffered from Carcinoma of the rectud. He died in Hamilton, cause of death - carcinomatosis - cancer rectum due to dehydration, toxaemie.

Were all involved in a MT accident on 28 April and admitted to the British military hospital, Calcutta, where Philpot died of multiple rib fractures and lacerated lungs
