DAY, Douglas Arthur - W/O - 748698 - the Yorkshire Evening Post of May 13th 1946 reported the following:

Warrant Officer Douglas A. Day (26) of Luton, home on demobilisation leave, was killed, and Captain Rupert Austin, of Luton, was injured, when Day's car collided with a lamp standard in Beech Hill, Luton.

Alan McGilivray Tough 105321 , attached to AHQ Hong Kong , was admitted dangerously ill to Number 28 General hospital on 11 May where he died of a massive collapse of the lung

Atgur Theodore Brett 1256678 | attached to Number 100 PDC | died whilst on 98 days release leave at 08:30 Hours in the North Middlesex hospital of bronchial pneumonia and acute influenza with his Mother, Mrs W.G. Brett of North Circular Road, Palmers Green N13 at his bedside,. His separation date was to have been 15 July
