The Author says in the Introduction : "A few years ago, while surfing the internet, i came across a list of RAF officers who have died between the end of the First World War and 1928."..

Pretty sure that must be Errol Martyn's thread on RAF deaths between 1918 and 1928.. Cannot find anything else comparable on the interwebs
