30210 F/Sgt Keith Charles SNOOK RAAF.

30210 F/Sgt Keith Charles SNOOK RAAF (of Care & Maintenance Unit, Darwin), was admitted to the Launceston General Hospital. Tasmania, on 1 July, 1946, to undergo a Hernia operation. On 4 July, due to an Intestinal Obstruction, a second operation was carried out. F/Sgt Snook's condition gradually deteriorated and he died on the 19 July, 1946. Cause of death was given as: Paralytic Ilens, Intestional Obstruction and Broncho-pneumonia.

Edith kathleen Hobby 883854 , an equipment assistant attached to Number 31 WAAF Recruits Centre , died at home at Cove Road, Cove , Hampshire , of cachexia due to generalised carcinomatosis due to epithalioma of the vulva, with her father, Mr. C A Hobby present .

COOK, James - LAC - killed in a lorry en-route from Uetersen to Hamburg

Revised entry as follows: -

He was serving with No 2765 Sqn, RAF Regiment and died in No 67 British Military Hospital from injuries sustained in a road traffic accident 4 miles from Kiel, on the Kiel – Econforde road when the motor cycle he was riding was in collision with a United States truck on 16 July.
