What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for:

AC2 Guillermo ASHMORE - 840452 - 1 BC, 901 (Balloon) Sqn, Abbeywood, London) - not found in Flight archives;
AC1 Horace W. BRACHER - 841819 - 2 BC, 903 (Balloon) Sqn, Forest Hill, Surrey - killed on active service;
W/O Herbert CHARMER - 553673 - not found in Flight archives;
AC2 Edward W. COSSEY - 1185146 - 903 (Balloon) Sqn - killed on active service;
AC2 Alfred A. FLINT - 1251995 - 901 (Balloon) Sqn - died of wounds or injuries received on active service, and
AC2 Harry GREENWOOD - 994332.

Balloon Sqn personnel may have been casualties in air raids and only one proposed aircraft loss for this day:

Blenheim IV - 2 (C)OTU - damaged byond repair in accident; no more info.

Regards and thanks for your help.
Henk.

Hi
Thanks Eddie, you wouldn't think I was born and brought up in S W London!!, but in Fulham N of the river. I got it into my head it was Clerkenwell. Sorry everybody!, but a death registered in Camberwell could be right for a Balloon Unit based in Woolwich and dispersed in that part ol London.
Regards
Dick

KILLED ON ACTIVE SERVICE.—A/C.2 G. Ashmore, 1840451 <-- Note Flight magazine have printed 1 at end of serial number.

I can find only part of a hidden family tree on Ancestry.com which has a Guillermo Ashmore born in Columbia in 1906. Can't be that many one would think.

Died on active service - AC2 H Greenwood and again Flight have the last digit of his serial number wrong/different, 994333.
