Hi Henk
Fardon,18, is registered at Chippenham,Wiltshire, Sloan,26, registered at Devizes, also Wiltshire and probably the right place to register a death near Netheravon. The others didn't come up so could be Scotland. There is a James R Law ,37, registered at Birmingham but nothing on CWGC to connect him to that city
Regards
Dick

Law died in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. He was seriously injured when he struck a tree taking off in Oxford R6296 of 11 FTS, Shawbury on the 9th January 1941. The aircraft had been force landed in a field at Bredenbury, Leominster by a pupil a few days previously and Law (an instructor pilot at the unit) was called to fly the aircraft back to the unit.

Thomas McFaul 1059208 , attached to RAF Derby , died in SSQ of cerebro spinal meningococcal meningitis.

He is the penultimate Airman to be accounted in the whole of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The ONLY outstanding Airman and Airwoman is 547179 William Robert Bailey 1942-07-18. I can find nothing on him anywhere . Not even a place of death. Can one of you take a stab at finding even his death location ?
