What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for:

AC2 Norman A. HOWARTH - 1292336, and
LAC James H. TOPLISS - 336972.
Both names not found in Flight archives.

I found a James H Topliss, age 45 registered in the Liverpool District first quarter

Then there is a Norman Howarth (No middle initial) age 32 in the Aylesbury district in the first quarter.

Theres no Howarth matching in the 2nd quarter.

Might help.

AC2 Norman Ainscow HOWARTH - 1292336 - the National Probate Calendar records that he died at Princess Mary Hospital, Wendover, Bucks.

LAC Topliss died on 24 January 1941 from tuberculosis at the Fazakerley Sanatorium in Liverpool.

Norman Ainscow Howarth 1292336 , attached to Number 1 Balloon TU, was admitted dangerously ill to SSQ at RAF Cardington on 21 January. Transferred to Princess’ Mary’s RAF hospital Halton, he died at 02:10 Hours of cerebrospinal meningitis

John Charles Harris 1121391 , attached to Number 7 Recruits Centre, died in RAF Station Hospital Morecombe, of pulmonary tuberculosis
