What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for:

LAC Alan A. HINDMARCH - 1154267 - killed on active service, and
LAC (Pilot u/t) John A. JONES - 1154606 - killed on active service.

Proposed aircraft losses for this day:
Anson I - N9765 - 6 FTS - flew into ground at night Newbottle, Northants (Northamptonshire ??).
Hind I - L7219 - 1 FTS - dived into ground Collingbourne Ducis, Wiltshire.
Magister I - P6461 - 16 EFTS - crashed (no further details).

Hindmarch - registered in Brackley aged 20.
Jones - registered in Brackley aged 26

so looks like the Anson. Newbottle is a few miles West of Brackley.

LAC Alan A. HINDMARCH - 1154267 and
LAC (Pilot u/t) John A. JONES - 1154606 - the Grave Registration Report Forms for these airmen confirm them both as being with 6 F.T.S.

John George Lawrence 636729 , attached to Number 2 School of Army co-op, died in the EMS Hospital, Newbury of infective hepatitis with his mother, Mrs. M. Lawrence at his bedside
