Neither crews of T2040 or V5394 sustained any serious injuries.
Blenheim K7083 was also destroyed in a fire at 54 OTU on that date bu Warner gives no details of any casualties, if there were any.

T2040 abandoned nr Lamerton,V5394 crashed on landing at St Eval,R5631 overshot the landing at St Eval. This comes from Warner's Blenheim and he reports no casualties

The death of Royston Clifford OULSON (note spelling) was registered at Montrose, Angus.
He was recorded as a pupil at 8 FTS and died as a result of broken neck (Aircraft accident).
His aicraft is recorded as having flown into the sea near to the aerodrome.
Therefore it is likley that he was on Master I - N7828.

Andy

No.8 FTS ORB enrty re:Oulson
February 22nd 1941, “No.1257324 LAC Oulson, R.C., (30 Course), killed in Master N7826.
Crashed in sea just off the aerodrome. Investigation held 24/2/41.”
There is nothing in the 5 FTS ORB for that overshoot, the only entry is from the day before and is for another unrelated accident.
February 21st 1941, “Banbury, Master N7683 crashed and No.999073 LAC Barratt received
fatal injuries.”

Only the 1180s would answer that question, the ORB list who was flying with who but not the aircraft.
October 7th 1940, “No.1152047 LAC Oldham D.H. killed and P/O Lambert R.J., P/O K.C. Dryden (42489), No.968271 LAC Tooth A. injured when two Master aircraft collided at
Sealand.”

Cameron probably involved with 54 OTU Blenheim as Kirby Wharfe is cemeterey for Church Fenton and this unit was the only one there at the time.
