What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for:
AC2 Wallace A. BANNISTER - 1191327;
AC2 Arthur LITTLE - 1024612, and
AC2 James H. MAIDEN - 1186147.
All names no match in Flight archives.
Proposed aircraft losses for this day:
Oxford I - P1926 - 20 (P)AFU - crashed on overshoot 1 mile N of Weston-on-the-Green.
Oxford II - P1832 - 3 FTS - crashed on approach Bibury.
Tiger Moth II - T5540 - 4 EFTS - damaged byond repair in accident; no further details.

Little,29, is registered in the Border Office which is in Cumberland and probably named because it is close to Scotland, Maiden,25. is registered at St Austell, Cornwall.

A/C.2 A. Little, 1024612 Flight magazine DOAS April 24th, the number 4 was scanned as a zero
Banister Wallace. A, age 35 is regsitered in the Market Bosworth district, Leicestershire.
Can't find Banister or Maiden in Flight or Times?

I've just noticed Maiden is shown as dying on 8 Mar on the CWGC website?

Must have been a transmission error. MAIDEN is in the CWGC Register edition 1960 listed "6" March 1941.

AC2 Wallace A. BANNISTER - 1191327 - the Coventry Evening Telegraph of March 10th carried the following announcement:
BANISTER - Wallace, beloved husband of Evie and father of Nigel, passed peacefully away at Markfield on March 6.
The National Probate Calendar records that he died at Markfield Sanatorium, Leics.

Thomas Norman Smith 1153229 , attached to 16 MU , was admitted seriously ill to RAF hospital Cosford on on 18 February, becoming dangerously ill on on 20 February and dying of pulmonary tuberculosis
