What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for:

AC1 William H.FLEETWOOD - 869565 - 16 BC, 940 (Balloon) Sqn, Rotherham - not found Flight archives, and
S/Ldr Charles PINK - 33093 - killed on active service.

Proposed aircraft losses for this day:

Blenheim I - K7114 - 54 OTU - spun into ground Church Fenton.
Master I - N7448 - 5 FTS - damaged byond repair, no further details.

Hi Henk
Fleetwood,54, is registered at Wortley W Yorkshire . Pink is registered at Tadcaster also W Yorkshire which is right for Church Fenton and Warner's Blenheim has him as Killed on K7114

JOHN McArthur Robson 992840 , was admitted to SSQ on 4 February and transferred to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital the next day, critically ill. He was operated upon the same day but died of peritonitis

Thomas John Varlow 1311699 , attached to Number 1 PFTS , was admitted seriously ill to RAF hospital Cosford on 30 December 1940 suffering with bronchopneumonia. On leave at home, at South Street, Caistor, he died of pleurisy with effusion broncho pneumonia with his mother, Mrs S A S Varlow present

William Guy Southgate 756073 was seriously injured at 22:06 Hours on 7 March when he jumped from a moving car and suffered severe head injuries , dying in Number 15 Scottish General hospital

Frederick Arthur Townsend 158905 , attached to RAF Cranwell, was admitted dangerously ill to the Seacroft EMS hospital, Leeds, on 27 February, dying of a perforated duodenal ulcer
