What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for:

LAC John B. BRAND - 846936 - 4 BC, 910 (Balloon) Sqn, Dagenham, Essex) - died of wounds or injuries received on active service;
Sgt (Pilot) Roy H.M. CROOK - 905218 - killed on active service;
AC2 Royston E. HILL - 1299316 - died of wounds or injuries received on active service;
AC2 Arthur KENYON - 1121331 - not found Flight archives, and
LAC (Pilot u/t) Gregory W. LYGO - 927860 - killed on active service.

Proposed aircraft losses for this day:

Hudson I - T9267 - 1 (C)OTU - crashed on take-off Siloth.
Oxford I - N4572 - 14 FTS - crashed on overshoot at night near Haversham, Wolverton, Buckinghamshire.

Nothing in writing to associate Lygo and Crook with the Oxford, but Haversham was certainly in the North Bucks registration area as Dennis says.

Hello

LAC (Pilot u/t) Gregory W. LYGO - 927860 - the Graves Registration Repoer Form confirms him as being with 14 F.T.S., and an announcement on the Market Harborough Advertiser confirms he died 'as the result of a flying accident.'

Sgt (Pilot) Roy H.M. CROOK - 905218 - the Graves Registration Report Form lists him as also being with 14 F.T.S.

John George Seymour Simmons 751421 , died at 20 :30 Hours in the county hospital, Redhill of tuberculosis

Arthur Kenyon 1121331 , attached to Number 12 SOTT, was admitted to RAF Melksham station hospital on 11 February , becoming dangerously ill on the 13 February . He died in Winsley Sanatorium, Bath, on discharge leave, of pulmonary tuberculosis with his father , Mr. H Kenyon , of Queen' s Park Road , Haywood, Lancashire, at his bedside
