What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for:
AC2 Arthur HILLARY - 1369694 - not found Flight archives;
LAC Derek LAWRENCE - 1153031 - commemorated Panel 57 of the Runnymede Memorial, however listed Flight Magazine 12-6-1941 on page 408 as having died on active service !, and
AC1 Albert W. MASON - 1256701 - not found Flight archives.
Proposed aircraft loss for this day:
Oxford I - R6095 - 14 FTS - crashed on take-off Cranfield (already as a casualty on this aircraft: P/O C.R.G.R.M.G. HYNDERYCK DE THEULEGROET - 87707 (from Belgium).

Date of death was 13th April 1941. Don't know how the change subject of thread.

LAC Frederick H.J. HUCKS - 752146 - not found Flight archives;
F/Lt Francis A. WARNER - 35340 - not found Flight archives, and
LAC Harry WINTERBOTTOM - 614322 - not found Flight archives.
Proposed aircraft loss for this day:
Botha I - L6283 - 2 BGS - crashed in forced landing Dalton-in-Furness, Westmoreland.

Hucks registered in N Cotswold aged 45
Warner in Westminster aged 42 (Air Raid?)
Winterbottom in Manchester aged 21
So no registers linking any of them to the Botha i'm afraid.

Lawrence not registered as would be expected.
Mason registered in Hendon aged 24.

Not much to add here,
Derek Lawrence is listed as HMT Duchess of York on GRO RAF list.
F H J Hucks is listed DOAS in June 26 magazine.
I couldn't find the others at all in Flight magazine.

Ernest Stephen Bampton 1313585 , attached to Number 1 Recruits Centre, died in Durley of self administered coal gas poisoning

Robert Michael Bowen 1010700 , attached to 10 OTU , was killed at 23:50 Hours at RAF Abingdon when Whitley V T 4178 was destroyed by fire. Sgt P. Goble suffered dangerous multiple injuries and was admitted to the Radcliffe Infirmary , PO Barrett and Sgts Garrod and Cope were uninjured

William Stephen Green 983359 , attached to RAF West Kirby, died in Upton Hospital, Liverpool Road, Chester, of an internal obstruction due to intussesception
