Amazon.co.uk seem to have it, quoting an 8 to 10 day delivery on both volumes, Amazon.ca still have it as a pre-order.

Knowing of Amazon's claims I bet it's not available yet. More likely several more months I'd guess.

Maybe Theo could let us know how they're progressing?

Hi Chaps,

I'm still working on the book proofs of the NJWD -the official launch of the book has been postponed until the weekend of the 15/16 November 2008 at Telford, the launch is being organised by The Aviation Bookshop. We're now looking at some 1,000 pages of Nachtjagd War Diaries in two vols, the first proofs I've seen from Red Kite look great, I'm burning the midnight oil now also working on a limited edition of the book that has been signed by 19 former Nachtjäger, incl. 7 Ritterkreuzträger, which is due out at the same time as the 'normal' NJWD.

Will keep you posted on developments, Cheers Theo

Thanks for the update Theo. Can't wait.

Looks like Father Christmas is going to be busy this year, and he might even come early!!

Cheers

Ian

Theo

By Telford, do you mean the shop at the RAF Museum Cosford or other?

Wonderfull Theo I am very curious to your new books which are more than welcome by all WW2 airwar researchers. Where can I make a reservation for a special edition book??

Hello chaps,

The proof-reading of both vols of the Nachtjagd War Diaries has been completed two weeks ago, the book is now being printed and will be ready for publication with Red Kite by mid-November!

I picked up my copies (Vol 1 & 2) late last week from Ian Allan Bookshop, Waterloo. An interesting read with interveiws with surviving German aircrew & an excellent reference with well chosen photos throughout. Recommended to all with an interest in the night war over Germany, well done to the authors.
