The 8 FTS accident was none fatal, April 19th 1941, “T8688 (F/O R.H. Dibnah) and N7554 (780719 Sgt Ziejka) collided in midair. Both force landed successfully.”
I don't have anything further for Goodwin.

Thanks Al; annotations made. ZIEJKA (780719) may have been from Czechoslovakia.
Perhaps Pavel may confirm.

Hello
AC2 Geoffrey A. GOODWIN - 1214045 - the Essex Newsman of April 26th 1941 carried the following announcement:
GOODWIN - as a result of enemy action, on the 19th inst., Alfred Geoffrey Goodwin, aged 19, Flight Mechanic, R.A.F., dearly beloved twin son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert J. Goodwin, of Redroofs, Chigwell.
So, knowing his first name is Alfred, FreeBMD has Alfred G Goodwin, aged 19, registered Epping, June 1941.
LAC (Pilot u/t) William T. GREEN - 1168296 - the Graves Registration report form lists his unit as 'F.T.S.'
AC2 Kenneth J TOVEY - 931258 - the National Probate Calendar records "believed to have been killed through war operations on 19 April 1941 at Hopton Street, Blackfriars, Surrey, and whose dead body was found on 20 April 1941."
