I've JONES and SHEPPARD both killed on Master I serial N7412 of 9 FTS, crashed Babdown Farm, what would be KOAS in lieu of DOAS. Who may confirm ?

Henk.

Strange, I think i took a phone call while typing that last mnight and deleted Jones out of it not noticing until now.

I've checked again and there is definetly a Cpl. J. E. Jones and AC2 E. E. Sheppard in the DOAS list in the SEPTEMBER 4th 1941 page 140 magazine. Perhaps The Times might list otherwise. Could be an incorrect listing as it sounds like a crash that someone died in. The Form 1180 for the aircraft would place one of them in it.

Gents,
Not JONES and SHEPPARD on Master N7412 but LAC William W. HUTCHINSON - 1381701 (sole occupant). Info Form 1180 RAF Museum Hendon.

Henk.
