Hi Henk,

Pilot of T4652 was Sgt D V Jenkins RAAF

Took off tasked with landings, steep turns and single engine flying. Dived into the ground at 14:15 hrs after port engine fell out 1 mile north east of Gransmoor, Yorkshire.

The type was grounded pending structural examination after this accident.

I have only a note of the pilot death nothing on any other crewman.

Regards
Ross
