Thanks Amrit for correcting me on his date of death. This really was a slip of my pen. Amended my files and come up later to find out what caused his death as he was (Flight Magazine) killed on active service.
Regards,
Henk.

Sorry Amrit, don't know where to hide for shame having these casualties listed incorrectly. Will amend my files and come up again with their names when I've reached that 1943-date. Don't have much time for a wee rest as I'm at home temporarily from hospital for the festive-days and turn of the year. Operation planned for 18th Jan.
Regards,
Henk.

Hello Henk and a Merry Christmas,
There is no entry in the England & Wales Deat index for Hallam or Page so Eglington is a possible.
Roy Wycherley's death was registered at Buckrose District, North Yorkshire.(This area covered Scarborough and Bridlington) He was aged 22.
Hope this is of some help.
Regards
Andy

More likely associated with Aldergrove (Belfast International Airport) as Killead churchyard is just down the road from there, whereas Eglinton is near Londonderry.
No trace either in the Irish deaths for 1940.
