I have been able to make contact with one of the authors, S/L Jon Mays, and have ordered the book.
The book costs £20 (plus postage). I have sought, and received, permission to pass on contact details to anyone who maybe interested in purchasing the book. I shan't post them in public but if anyone is interested then drop me a PM.
