What were the places of death registration for:
AC2 Gordon W. DAVIDSON - 1833756;
LAC Robert W.A. GRIGG - 1415317, and
LAC Harold J. MILLER - 1049098 - age 39,
who all died on active service.
B - Also looking for GRO-listing of:
AC1 William A. MUIRHEAD - 1369908 - DOAS - buried Nassau War Cem., Bahamas.

Auster LB368 of No.654 Sqn crashed Thornham, Norfolk.

2 killed
Capt W M James, 149284
So possibly Miller was the other fatality

AC2 Gordon W. DAVIDSON - 1833756 - a family tree on ancestry.co.uk records that he died at 'Royal Air Force Station Hospital RAF Kirkham, Lancashire of respiratory failure [and] Tuberculous Meningitis.'

CORRECTION to William Alexander Muirhead 1369908, attached to 111 OTU, he died in the US Army engineers hospital, Nassau of injuries sustained in a road accident

Robert Albert William Grigg 1415317 , attached to the RAF Regiment at RAF Chedburgh , died in RAF Hospital Ely of acute yellow atrophy of the liver

John William Barker 1174119 , attached to AHQ India, was taken seriously ill on 4 February and was admitted to the British military hospital, Delhi where he died of smallpox

George Armstrong 976689 , attached to Number 39 ASP , accidently drowned on duty , his body being recovered on15 February

Walter Ernest Broxham 943558 , was seriously injured in an air raid at Souk El Khemis at 10:00 Hours on 2 February and was admitted to Number 19 CCS, transferred to Number 72 General hospital, he died there of gangrene
