What was the place of death registration for LAC George LONGDEN - 945008, whose name I couldn't find in the Flight archives.

Proposed aircraft losses in case KOAS:
Henley I - L3319 - 1601 Flt - crashed on landing Weston Zoyland.
Hurricane I - Z7092 - 56 OTU - collided with Hurricane AG274 and abandoned , West Maines, near Newtyle, Angus.
Master I - T8840 - 7 (P)AFU - crashed on approach Woolfox Lodge.
Hurricane X - AG274 - refer to Z7092; crashed West Nevay Farm, Newtyle, Angus.
Tiger Moth II - DE605 - 197 Sqn - flew into ground ½ mile W of Gullane, East Lothian.

Also names of surviving crew are very welcome.

Regards and thanks for your help.
Henk.

Hello Henk,

For the record Henley L.3319 1601 (AAC) Flight, Weston Zoyland piloted by Sgt REEVE D.V. (1322103). Just prior to touching down port wing dropped, pilot countered with full rudder resulting in aircraft landing 'sideways' and undercarriage collapsing. Duty: training flight as pilot only having 1 Hr of experience on type, accident time 12.55.

Trust some of the above is of use.

Kind regards,

Tim
