CORRECTION to Syd Cohen R 95142, whilst taking a mercury column endurance test on March 10th, the glass mouthpiece broke in his mouth some of which perforated his neck when inadvertently swallowed. Admitted to the St. Boniface general hospital, he died of toxemia
