What was the place of death registration for AC2 Harry J.G. ELLIS - 1807919, whose name couldn't be found Flight Global.
Also looking for info on Sgt Andrew H. McG. SMITH - 1367307 (in Casualty Communiqué 195, Flight 28-1-1943 page 107, is an A.M. SMITH listed as 'Missing').
Proposed aircraft losses:
Blenheim IV - V6178 - 132 OTU - crashed on landing East Fortune.
Magister I - L8257 - 10 FIS - crashed on landing Waltham St.Lawrence LG.
Master II - W9096 - RAFC - crashed on landing Cranwell South.
Wellington II - Z8501 - 12 FPP - crashed on take-off Grange Lodge, near Wickenby.
Mustang I - AG566 - 14 FPP - crashed in forced landing Moss Farm, Styal, near Ringway.

What was the place of death registration for ACW2 Daisy W. BROWN - 2063996, who died on active service.
Also looking for unit and possible cause of death of AC2 Walter E. SIVIER - RCAF R/83161, buried Windsor, Ontario, Canada, whose name I couldn't find in Flight Global.

AUS413600 Sgt John James HUGHES RAAF, was aboard L8257. He was injured.

CWGC has Andrew Hamilton McGhee Smith as buried in Glasgow, but I did find a registration for an Andrew H M Smith,32(age as on CWGC) in Bristol which could mean that he was taken home for burial, perhaps after an Air Raid in which he was not initially found or identified, hence the "Missing" report
Warner gives no casualties on Blenheim V 6178 at East Fortune which suffered an undercarriage collapse and was later made into a training airframe

AC2 Harry J.G. ELLIS - 1807919 - registered Chelmsford.
AC2 Walter E. SIVIER - RCAF R/83161 - his R.C.A.F. service records show that he died at Windsor, Ontario, due to Bronchiecstasis, bilateral. He had been admitted to the station hospital on January 27th 1941 with Bronchitis, then transferred to Riverdale Isolation Hospital on February 3rd suffering from Scarlet Fever. He was discharged from the R.C.A.F. on July 9th 1941 as 'Physically unfit for any form Air Force Service.'

Andrew Hamilton McGhee Smith 1367307 , attached to RAF ferry Command at RAF Filton , was admitted seriously Ill whilst on leave to the Bristol Royal Infirmary , suffering with septic arthritis . He became dangerously ill on 15 March and developed a right eye infection caused by gonorrhea and died at 06:55 Hours

Robert Harold Spicer 1429631 , attached to Number 281 AMES, died in Number 5 General hospital at Deolali of pulmonary tuberculosis
