If you do a Soundex check on MOLLAGHAN Kathleen 1943 and female you get 1 hit in Scotland.
I assume a typo on register

Henk / Paul

I had tried the Soundex check previously but the Records came up with an infant named Kathleen Milligan. It may be possible that Kathleen Mollaghan died at home and Dennis is the best source of help if this is the case.

Also have following fatal casualties on AB766:

F/O (Nav) Lewis LANE - 126880, and
Sgt (WOp/Ag) Hubert J. NEWMAN - 1313583.

Might be Wellington LB240.

Only up to the "O" in the 1943 aircraft alphabet for the F1180s at the moment.

I'll jump ahead this afternoon to the "W" and see who is listed for pilot in command.

Right got to LB240

F1180 gives 4 fatalities (looks like one died later)

Pilot F/O P Grove, 120779 (according to CWGC he died the following day)
P/O K Wade, 132725, +

So two others to be added and these look like Newman and Lane.

Thomas Edward Jones, a medically discharged Air Force pensioner at the time of his death, died at 37 Dunraven Street, Treherbert , of pulmonary tuberculosis

Which Thomas Edward Jones is this? I cant find an appropriate 'Pensioner' aged airman with this name.. what was his date of death?

PS..

All updates done to this point

122,438 casualty records in this database. 116,874 records (95.46%) are "Accounted for". 5,564 are still unaccounted.

565 records away from what was considered impossible a few years ago???
