C Ward, BC Squadron Profiles - out of print?

I was looking for some of the Bomber Command Squadron Profiles by Chris Ward on the Ian Allan website. Several of the titles that I were looking for were missing from the catalogue, e.g. 156 Sqn and 218 Sqn.

Are these out of print? The format one the one I got hold on seems fairly easily re-printable.
