Free Stuff - Among the Few

A photocopy of "Among the Few", written in 1948 by W/C Fred Hitchins and published as AFP.49 (RCAF) re Canadians in the Battle of Britain (mainly Canadian fighter pilots but a sampling of CAN/RAF bomber and coastal types). 36 pages plus list of Canadian fatalities. Being a photocopy, text is clear but pictures are not.

Hi Hugh,

Can you tell me if there is a reference to a pilot by the name of John William Kerwin in that publication? He was in the BoB but was later kia in the Aleutians.

Chris - it has been added to the "Canadian Military History" issue.

David - yes, several references to Kerwin, including is subsequent death in July 1942.
