What were the places of death registration for:

A - Killed on active service:
F/Sgt (Nav) Jack BAKER - 1354329 (have a note that he died of gunshot wound whilst on "ops" flight, what may have been KIA instead of KOAS - aircraft may have returned safely to base).

B - Not found in Flight Global:
ACW2 Grace M. YOUNG - 2014942.

C - Proposed aircraft losses:
Master III - W8560 - 5 (P)AFU - crashed in forced landing Showell Grange, adjacent to Chetwynd.
Oxford II - V3562 - 15 (P)AFU - crashed on landing Ramsbury.

Regards and thanks for your help.
Henk.

Hello

F/Sgt (Nav) Jack BAKER - 1354329 - the Graves Registration Report Form lists his unit as 56 O.T.U., which was a Hurricane O.T.U. at Tealing at that time.

However, this page has him killed in Beaufighter JL945 HO-W of 143 Sqn:
