What were the places of death registration for:

A - Died of wounds or injuries received on active service:
LAC (Pilot u/t) Herbert BERRY - 1521814 (see note).

B - Died on active service:
ACW1 Margeret A. MILLER - 2115296 - died of natural causes at the Aberdeen Infirmary.

C - Killed on active service:
LAC (Pilot u/t) Henry GREEN - 577368 (there is an H.A. GREEN in Flight Global);
AC2 Arthur J. SAMMONS - 1584345 (see note), and
AC1 James S. THOMSON - 578010 (see note).

Note: May have died of wounds/killed in air raid on Torquay, Devon.

D - Proposed aircraft losses:
Master III - W8723 - 16 (P)FTS - crashed on take-off at night Thurble Dyke, Cotgrave, 1 mile W of Tollerton.
Oxford II - N4799 - 2 AGS - crashed on landing Dalcross.
Tiger Moth II - R5040 - 22 EFTS - crashed on take-off Uttoxeter Racecourse, Staffordshire.
Hudson V - AM600 - 1 (C)OTU - overshot landing at night Thornaby.
Wellington X - HE463 - 6 (C)OTU - crashed in forced landing Port Ellen.

ACW1 Margeret Agnes MILLER - 2115296 aged 18. Her death was registered in the Northern District of Aberdeen, Burgh of Aberdeen. The register records her first name as MARGET.
