What were the placesw of death registration for:

A - Killed on active service:
LAC (Ag u/t) John DRUMMOND - 1551788;
LAC (Ag u/t) James ELLIS - 2209028;
LAC (Pilot) Reginald J. FANE - 637220, and
F/Sgt (WOp/Ag) Norman A. ISHERWOOD - 1380944.

B - Died on active service:
Sgt Dick M. FEAR - 1578542, and
AC1 Joseph W. LEE - 1050891 - 949 (Balloon) Sqn (Crewe).

C - Died of wounds or injuries received on active service:
Cpl (WAAF) Joyce M.E. STANDING - 2024223.

D - Proposed aircraft losses:
Beaufighter VI - X7881 - Bristols - crashed in forced landing Weston-super-Mare.
Botha I - L6441 - 4 AGS - crashed in forced landing Gateshead Mental Hospital, Stannington, Northumberland (already as a casualty on this a/c: P/O [Pilot] M.S. ZALESKI-SLUBICZ - PAF P.2218).
Gladiator I - K7946 - RAE - abandoned Minley Manor, West Heath, Yateley, Hampshire.

Northumberland Central district for the four men KOAS, all names on Vol 10b pg 495-496, as is the name Maciej S Zaleski. So the Botha for them.

Dick Fear Rugby district, Northamptonshire

Joseph W Lee age 37 in Crewe district.

Joyce Standing Aylesbury district Buckinghamshire

Sgt Dick M. FEAR - 1578542 - the Rugby Advertiser of June 11th 1943 reported the following:

BRANDON FATALITY
R.A.F. Sergeant Killed
A 21-year-old R.A.F. Sergeant, Dick Mitchell Fear, living in The Poplars, Rugby Road, Brandon, was struck by a car while riding his bicycle along the Brandon Road, Wolston, at 7.15 p.m. on Wednesday, and received fatal injuries.

A report in the June 18th edition of the same newspaper reported that a verdict of accidental death was recorded at the inquest.

Frank Leslie Senciall 1137087 , attached to 34 OTU, died in the station hospital at RCAF Pennfield Ridge of a pulmonary embolism following an appendectomy

Edward John Chalkley 1215592 , was admitted to Number 42 General hospital the day after he began to suffer a severe headache with vomiting and giddiness on 22 May. On 2 June his speech became slurred and he developed facial weakness and died on 9 June. A post Mortem discovered he had died of a large sub dural right temporal lobe heamorhage
