Hi,
On 3rd september 1944 at 3.00 PM, the RAF straffed a german convoy with SS'unit at Enghien ( 30 km SW from Brussel ) in Belgium. This attack was made on request from the ground because the germans were killing underground forces ( they have 100 prisonners ) and civilians. 22 civilians and underground men were killed and also more than 20 german.
Does somebody have an idea about the RAF squadron and the pilot(s) concerned by this attack ?
Thanks all.
