I have recently stumbled upon a very interesting site run by the Aviation Research Group Orkney and Shetland (A.R.G.O.S). The site has a lot of information including rolls of honour for both Orkney and Shetland. The rolls of honour would appear to list aircraft from all nations which were lost around the Orkneys and Shetlands during both the First and Second World War.
