    LAC Arthur R. JACOB - 1468779 - age 40 - 5015 (AC) Sqn - the entry on www.findagrave.com has the following:

    Leading Aircraftman (1468779), 5015 Airfield Construction Sqdn., Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. Died of head injuries at Military Hospital, St Hugh's College, Oxford. Buried 08 Sep 1943, aged 40.


    Cpl John H. SMITH - 508388 - www.manxbmd.com has a John Henry Smith, aged 33, registered 1943 at Douglas, Isle of Man.

    Default The Unaccounted Project - Final Stretch Updates by Jon Heyworth

    Leonard Edwin Price 508981 an armourer attached to 5131 Bomb Disposal Squadron and 30 MU, was fatally injured dismantling an explosive device at the Burton Ranges on the Wirral when it accidently exploded on 2nd September. Admitted to Upton emergency hospital, Chester, he died at 16:10 hours on 3rd September

    John Hall 1356175 , died at RAF North Weald of a self inflicted gun shot wound from his service rifle

    Frederick James Barnes 1080435 , attached to Number 10 HM W/T unit , was dangerously burnt in an accident on 29 August , dying in Number 48 General hospital of severe multiple, secondary burns
