LAC (Pilot u/t) Harry E. TAYLOR - 947642 - the Grave Registration Report Form records him as being with 4 E.F.T.S. The Hull Daily Mail of September 18th 1940 reported the following:

    HULL INQUEST ON AIRCRAFTMAN
The Hull City Coroner, Dr. Norman Jennings, yesterday conducted an inquest on Leading Aircraftman Harry Edward Taylor, aged 18, of Cardiff.
Dr. T. G. Gray said that taylor died from multiple injuries, including fractures of the skull, jaw, wrist, and ankle.
A verdict of "accidental death" was returned.

No clue as to the casue of his injuries, though.

The 4 EFTS orb (who were at Brough, nr Hull, Yorkshire) lists LAC Taylor as being the pilot of Blackburn B2 G-ACER that crashed on 11th September 1940 and sustained what was recorded as being serious injuries. It looks to me like he was admitted to Hull hospital but died the following day.
