Yes definitively Spitfire. The first plate is a "modification" plate, which shows all the modifications made to that particuliar machine. These alterations were usually done in Maintenance Units. From memory there's a list of these modifications in "Spitfire the History". There should be other sources as well.
I'm away from my documentation so I can't tell about which part picture n° 2 is corresponding, but the Spitfire is so well known that you should be receiving answers very quickly.
The parts were built in Southampton (6S) but these may be parts incorporated in a Castle Bromwich built machine, as I've seen the case.
