    P/O M E F Barnett, RNZAF, is actually Michael Edward Fulton BARNETT, RAF (service number 36235) but he was a New Zealander!

    Also this was to be opened 1 Jan 2023 - But not so (even though Catalogue says it was) was delayed as it was "in the process" of a FoI review at the time - As in review it was not auto opened - and had to go through the whole FoI process - but I have been informed this complete and now opened - even if catalogue not updated with the correct date

    Tranche 18 Open Date: 17/10/2023 AIR 81/21598 to AIR 81/22569 Inclusive 974 files all open no closed

    Dates mainly Feb 1943 - but some in early date catch ups including 2 BoB from 1940
