Image Gallery Tutorial + Updates

I am trying to upload an image of my Grandfather's service record so that I can link it to a post. I have downloaded the tutorial but can't find the details of the common guest account which is required to log into the image gallery.

Would someone please point me in the right direction?

Spent a couple of hours playing and found that by changing browser from IE to chrome the missing login showed up

I'm attempting to upload a photo and can't find any way of doing this at the moment. I will admit to only having had one coffee this morning but thought it should be a little easier than this. I've looked at the help PDf but can't even find the first mentioned item on it. :-(
