I was just reading the 84 Group Comms Sqn ORB for 29 Jan 1945. It states that Warrant Officer Lock (pilot) and Flight Sergeant Tilston (Nav), along with five of their six passengers, were all killed when their Anson a/c (no serial given) crashed on landing at Northolt. Other than a 'Flt Sgt Miller' who was seriously injured, the other five fatal casualties are not listed by name.
W.O. George William Lock's commission was underway at the time of his death, which is why he is listed as a Plt Off (with s/n 190910) by the CWGC. I am almost sure that this is the same George William Lock who undertook a full tour as a Boston pilot with 88 Sqn in 1943 / 44.

I have tidied the entry for Anson NL128:

Looks like we are still missing some of the casualties.
