    Default Unaccounted airmen - 22-11-1940

What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for following airmen, both names not found in Flight archives:

    AC2 Kenneth F. AIREY - 944787, and
    AC2 Philip G. SPIERS - 640655.

Proposed aircraft losses for this day:

Hart Trainer - K4939 - 1 FTS - crashed in forced landing 1 mile W of Amesbury, Wiltshire.
Oxford II - N6416 - 14 FTS - flew into ground Turweston, Buckinghamshire.

Regards and thanks for your help.
    Henk.

    Hi Alex

we are in a period now that overlaps Henk's earlier posts
    http://www.rafcommands.com/forum/sho...men-22-11-1940

And are duplicating efforts, you can probably maybe add to the original posts.

At some point on or before 2008 Henk agreed to use the date format YYMMDD so that threads could be sorted by date.
