    Thomas William Griffiths 65001 , was admitted dangerously ill to 96 general hospital then transferred to Number 2 RAF General hospital Maison Caree, Algiers, for repatriation to the UK. Suffering from alcoholic hallucinosis , he was a patient in The military hospital, Shaftesbury and then RAF Hospital, Wroughton. Medically Discharged from the RAF to home in Mountain Ash, he died of his condition there

    George Kemp 1545869 attached to Number 148 Wing, was killed on duty in a motorcycle accident at 10:30 Hours north of Nijmegan of the Arnhem Road

    Harold Barton Lloyd 170086 attached to HQ BAF , was dangerously injured in a MT accident at 00:30 Hours on 8 July on the Bari to Benevento Road dying at 07:00 Hours in Number 98 General hospital

    John Conway Foster 85149 | attached to the Air Ministry | was admitted seriously ill to the Royal Masonic Hospital in London on 2 July , where he died following gastroenterostomy with his wife, Mrs. F. E. Foster of Cheltenham Street SW1 at his bedside
