Dear Forum Members,

I thought I would post a line to introduce myself to the forum and make known a very worthwhile venture

I am the Researcher for the RAF Pathfinder Collection based at RAF Wyton, Cambridgeshire. I have forty years experience of military and numismatic research and hope to be visiting the forum often.

Staff at the RAF Wyton Heritage Centre are currently seeking public support for the installation of a permanent monument to the Pathfinders of No.8 Group Royal Air Force, who valiantly led the way on bombing missions across Europe, marking targets for the main Bomber Force between 15th August 1942 and 8th May 1945.
