    EDE Alan Cecil of 48 Squadron, R.A.F., Thorney Island, Hampshire died 5 December 1945 at The General Hospital, Margate.

    Johnson, Frederick William - LAC - 1017902 - the National Probate Calendar has the following:

    JOHNSON Frederick William of 2 Park View, East Grove, Kingston-upon-Hull died 5 December 1945 on war service.

    There is a Frederick W. Johnson, aged 32, registered December 1945 at Salisbury on FreeBMD, but the CWGC has no age listed in the entry.

    Alan Cecil Ede 570446 , a fitter engines attached to 48 Squadron , was supervising an engine test on a twin engined aircraft at RAF Manston when he was struck by the Airscrew and suffered arm injuries and severe head injuries when he was flung onto the apron when the aircraft began to move and he went to reposition the chocks. He was Admitted to SSQ and then transferred to Manston General hospital where he died the same evening

    Derek Hugh Ellis 1461488 , attached to TSTU Chaklala, was admitted dangerously ill to the Kashmir nursing home on 11 December and transferred to Rawalpindi military hospital where he died of poliomyelitis

    Edwin Curtis Redfern 76541 , attached to Number 239 Wing , died at Santa Maria Le Longa, Near Undine, of self inflicted gas poisoning

    Henry Stubbs 1000457 | attached to RAF Boston Spa | was admitted dangerously ill to RAF hospital Northallerton on 13 September where he died of a paralytic illeus following a hemiclectomy
