    Hello

McMEEKIN, John Alexander - Cpl - 991018- the Statutory Deaths Register on the Scotland's People website records that he died at 11.50 p.m. at Edenhall Hospital, Inveresk, due to chronic nephritis and coronary thrombosis.

SHAKESHAFT, Peter Paul - AC2c - 1256859 - the Thanet Advertiser of September 10th 1946 carried the following announcement:

Shakeshaft - 5th September, at Milford County Sanatorium, Peter Alfred [sic] Shakeshaft, aged 26 years. Interment, Wednesday, 2 p.m. St. Peter's Church

The National Probate Calendar also records him as Peter Alfred Shakeshaft - given the date and the burial site, I assume this is the same chap? Milford is in Surrey.

STEWART, Charles - Cpl - 1301803 - the Statutory Deaths Register on the Scotland's People website records that he died at 1.55 p.m. at Edinburgh City Hospital, due to pulmonary TB.

    SINGAPORE
GOODINGS, Norman Geoffrey - F/O - 195875 - the National Probate Calendar records that he died at 69 Indian General Hosital, Singapore.

    Regards

    Simon
