Leonard Allard 1682568 , was admitted to RAF station hospital Uxbridge on 19 October 1945 , becoming seriously ill on 9 November and undergoing a radical astoidectomy. He was transferred to the Westminster hospital London and discharged on 10 January 1946. He was further admitted to RAF Hospital, Uxbridge on 4 August where he died of a neoplasm of the mastoid
