    Frank Gill 1510745 | attached to Number 1 PHU | was admitted seriously ill to the station hospital at Number 31 Personnel depot in Canada on 15 September 1944. He was transferred to St. John’s hospital and evacuated to the U.K. where he was admitted to RAF hospital Wroughton on 25 April 1946. Transferred to the Strinsdale sanatorium, Moorside, Oldham, he died of pulmonary tuberculosis
