I can't any details for any of these Airmen, but can I just say thank you for taking up the baton and continuing with Henk's work.
I'm sure Henk would be very pleased that he gets the last word!

He had a military pension, was a Farmer and was born Ireland

Congratulations on reaching 31 December, 1947. You had to take over in very difficult circumstances, and being able to hang in there to the end is quite an achievement. Have a spell Mate, you've earned it. Bravo!

Arthur John Walker 57372 , the LAST RAF airman to die between 3rd September 1939 and 31st December 1947, and thus be eligible for CWGC commemoration, died in a road accident on the autobahn near Buckeburg, his body being taken to Number 8 British general hospital
John Love 211782 , a military pensioner at the time of his death, died at Spitzkop, of cancer of the coecum
