Hello
For the Canadian and RCAF casualties, this pdf: https://www.bombercommandmuseumarchi...airwar1942.pdf seems to have details for them.
Here are the first few:

Squadron Leader William H. E. DRURY (C/1265) - Hampden TB.1 P1199 of 5 (C)O.T.U., collided with Beaufort L9932. See also: http://www.rafcommands.com/archive/05218.php
Flying Officer Henry Oswald NICHOLL (C/2478) - died of natural causes in hospital in Edmonton

Flight Lieutenant James Lee MITCHELL (C/2572) - Hudson III V9125, lost of ferry flight. Also lost F/Sgt F. F. Garrity DFM and F/O K. P. O'Donnell (Aus.) [with a note quoting TSNGO which has Garrity lost on a 206 Sqn Sunderland].
Aircraftman 1st Class Joseph Fitzgerald AGAR (921569) - Anson I W1722, collided with Anson N5358.
I can post more, or is the link to the pdf sufficient? Also, comments and observations as to the pdf's accuracy welcome.
Regards
Simon
