    IVEY, Hartley Sampson – SQn/Ldr – C/80 – RCAF.
    Ottawa ( Beechwood ) Cemetery, Ontario, Canada.

    UK
    ALLSOP, John William ( Australian ) – F/Lt – 39452 – RAF – 10 Sqn.
    BELL, John Rogerson – AC1c – 550003 – RAF – 10 Sqn.
    ELLISON, Fred – Lac – 526415 – RAF – 10 Sqn.
    HILL, Alfred Francis – AC1c – 545939 – RAF – 10 Sqn.
    SALMON, Alan Gordon – P/O – 40321 – RAF – 10 Sqn.
    All five airmen named above are remembered on the Runnymede Memorial, Surrey.
    They were crew of Whitley IV – K9018 – 10 Sqn.

    IVEY, Hartley Sampson – SQn/Ldr – C/80 - his R.C.A.F. Service File records that he died of coronary thrombosis and arterio sclerosis in Ottawa Civic Hospital, having been repeatedly on sick leave or confined to quarters sick since mid-1937.
