    1939-10-30 20 Sqdn 517800 AC1 REED, Frederick. (Age 24). (Audax - Miramshah-Peshawar/India). Buried Cairo WMC.

    The only problem with Reed being killed in a 20 Sqn Audax is that 20 Sqn was in India and he was buried in Cairo, Egypt. I have him serving at RAF Heliopolis but no cause as yet.

    Frederick Reed 517800 , was admitted dangerously ill to hospital in Cairo on 21st October where he died of a perforated gastric ulcer
